Sharing health data

Hello, I have a problem with health sharing. When I (iPhone 14 Pro Max) start sharing my health to a friend (iPhone 11), I see "Invite Pending", but he doesn't get the notification. When he tries to ask me to share health data, situation doesn't change. We’ve checked everything that needs to be done for health sharing, tried rebooting our phones, but still nothing.

Hi there Liu2023,

You've taken some great steps with your iPhone devices. Another step that you and your friend can try is to ensure that both devices are fully up-to-date, as updating iOS can sometimes help resolve unexpected issues like this. If needed below shows how to do that:

Update your iPhone or iPad wirelessly
1. Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2. Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4. If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5. Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.
