Can’t share health data with friend, but they can share it with me

I can’t share health data with my friend. We both have iOS 26.2.1, both are syncing our health data on iCloud, and they are able to add me to their list, but for some reason my iPhone states that „X doesn’t have device that can view my data”. What can be wrong?

My iPhone health data shows up on my spouse's phone. When she changes her data on the health app, it changes it on my phone as well. We have separate phones and phone numbers but the health app only let's one of us use it.

2 iPhones on one Apple ID account For some time now my wife's iPhone 13 has been on my Apple ID without any problems but the latest update has meant that my health data from my watch is now showing on her iPhone !! Is there a way of keeping the information separate to each iPhone ? Many thanks in advance , obviously I have nothing to hide from my wife its just a puzzle!!!

What iPhone does your friend have is not mentioned by you.

To share Apple Health data:

Go to Settings → General → Language & Region → Region.
Both devices must be set to the same region.
Keep in mind: sharing options vary by country or region. Cross‑region sharing may be limited, especially for features like ECG, Cycle Tracking, and AFib History.

They have iPhone 17 and we both have same region. Keep in mind that this feature works just fine on their side, and I am able to share my data with other people.
