My iPhone health data shows up on my spouse's phone.

When she changes her data on the health app, it changes it on my phone as well. We have separate phones and phone numbers but the health app only let's one of us use it.

It sounds like you both share a common AppleID.


This is a REALLY BAD practice … the specific behaviour about which you’re posting here is just the “tip of the iceberg.


Make sure that each family member has a unique Apple ID - Apple Support
