Unable to connect to WiFi

I have a 32G iPod and we recently had our router replaced and the technician combined the two usernames we had to one. Now when i try to connect my iPod to WiFi, it says "unable to join". What do i need to do?

The router will probably have a different password unless the technician changed it from its default to the one used on your old router. (I'm not sure what you mean by combining two usernames. If you mean your account usernames, that should not affect the access to the router.)

Makes sure that you know the password for the new router, it may not be the same as the one on your old router.

In the Wi-Fi settings, tap on the i icon next to the network name and then tap on Forget This Network:

The same network should then appear in the available networks list. That list may look like the one in the screenshot, or it may be named as CHOOSE A NETWORK (in capitals). Select the network and go through the procedure to connect to it; i.e. put in the password used for that network.
