brand-new MacBook Air Zooming in and out for no reason??

My previous MacBooks were doing the same thing. I am doing nothing; suddenly, my screen zooms in and out so fast multiple times. I did everything they had written as a solution. I am tired of this, Apple! Seriously, I am not even using heavy applications or anything. It causes so much stress on my mind and delays in my work. This is so frustrating. Please do not tell me to turn off the accessibility. By the way it is 2022 MacBook air M2, it is not even like one of my old ones.
