How can I stop FCP from automatically returning to the beginning when a project reaches the end?

I recently had a major computer crash and had to erase my Mac and start from scratch. Prior to the crash, when a project I was working on came to and end, FCP would just stop, as a freeze frame, on the last frame of the last clip.

But now... for some reason, when it reaches the end, it instantly, automatically jumps back to the very beginning of the project and starts replaying the whole thing from the beginning. I've looked through the Final Cut Pro > Settings... and I cannot find where this might be configured.

Anybody know?

Cmd-L toggles looped playback on and off. There’s a looped playback indicator at the bottom of the Viewer.
