After an OS update my iPad won't reboot. I get the Apple logo screen for a few seconds, it then switches off. This keeps repeating. Keep getting An unknown error occurred - code 4013 (and once error -1) - can't update or restore iPad. Can anyone help please?? This thing is only 3 years old!!

Thanks - yes, I should have said I have already tried all the steps in the article and contacted Apple but no success.
error 4013 - can't update or restore iPad.
