i can't find My Photo Stream, is this a problem?
I can't find "My Photo Stream" on any of my devices. Does that mean it's a very old app or a very new one?

My Photo Stream is not an App, it is an old Cloud Service, and has been available in Aperture, iPhoto, and Photos. With My Photo Stream enabled in the iCloud Preferences for one of these apps, the most recently added photos have been uploaded automatically to iCloud and were available in an album "My Photo Stream", where we could download them to the photo libraries on our other devices.
If you have been using Aperture or iPhoto or Photos, look for my Photo Stream in your corresponding Library. Only one of these apps at a time could have synced with My Photo Stream, if you ever enabled it.
If you have not used My Photos stream for more than a month, there cannot be any photos in My Photo Stream.
