my iPhone XR fell on the floor when I picked it up I realised that the left side of the phone no longer works I have to rotate my phone what can I do ? How can I solve this problem?

You have physical damage done to your phone, it will have to be repaired. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have it diagnosed.
