Apple ID same on both devises
If I use the same Apple ID on my iPad, and I always use it on my phone as well. Can I then share all the apps at the same time. Especially the Snapchat app without needing to log back in and out?

Log In Once:
Some apps are restricted per device (something seen with MS Office). As for using Snapchat, you would need to log into it in the app, itself, per-dervice. So, log in to Snapchat once on this device, and will will stay logged in.
