Are you unable to use (IOW cannot access) your iPhone after the update? If so, read the following...

Did you mean to say "use" the new update? If yes, the same way that you used previous updates......to improve the security of your phone.

Or did you perhaps really mean to say how to "install" the new update? That's a different matter.
