Apple TV connected to wifi but doesn't have internet

1. Try the steps as mentioned in: If your Apple TV can't connect to Wi-Fi - Apple Support
2. Try the ‘Other…’ option instead of selecting a listed discovered network. Especially if the password has been changed.
3. For Apple TV (4th generation or earlier), verify that the router or access point isn’t set to use WPA3, as only device models from ~2018 or later support that. Instead use ‘WPA2/WPA3 Transitional’. Some users report that they had to set ‘WPA2’-only first.

For using the Apple TV app on a third party device, what brand and model do you have in that setup?

Chances are all you need to do is the following:

• Unplug modem from power source for 2-3 minutes
• Unplug router from power source for 2-3 minutes
• Unplug Apple TV from power source for 2-3 minutes

Replug in each device, allow up to 10 minutes and then re-test.

Tried this multiple times to no avail. The device (TV) is connected to the Wi-Fi signal is strong, yet no internet. At a loss.

Same exact problem happening here too. Extremely frustrating.
