Is there a feature on the iPhone where if you haven’t picked up or used your phone in a certain amount of time (that you program I.e. “10 days”), it will call your emergency contacts? I’m getting older and more sick and I don’t want to be laying somewhere for weeks if I happen to pass. Sorry for the creepy question and thank you!

There is no “alerting on extended inactivity” function built-in to an iPhone.

However, it might be worthy of a feature suggestion to Apple at:
If you see No Service or Searching in the status bar on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular), your device isn't connected to a cellular network. If you see SOS or "SOS only" in the status bar, your device can still make emergency calls.

Thank you but that didn’t really answer my question. I was asking if there’s a delayed SOS you can program in case something happens to you and the phone calls your emergency contacts itself after a set time, like after 2 days of not using the phone, etc. thank you for responding however.

There might be a way to create one using iOS’s “Automations” …
… although that feature might be limited to “Home” applications …
… it’s an area about which I have virtually zero current knowledge or recent experience.
