enter payment method

I am trying to complete my Apple ID set up in iTunes, at the payment method screen. I have entered my credit card info, and depressed the continue tab, but cannot advance to complete my set-up in iTunes. I get a red box at the top of page telling me to go to iTunes Support www.apple.com/support/iyunes/ww.

I am not getting the assistance needed to complete this set up.

What am I doing wrong, and how can I complete my set up in iTunes?
