I have Macbook Air with macOS Monterey version 12.6.6 (21G646).
When check system requirements for a Pearson Vue certification, the test software is throwing error related to video streaming.
Can someone please guide in where to check these settings.
(PS: I am a noob Mac user, so please be patient with me :) )

after many checks I did the following:
1) Disabled AV
2) Disabled Firewall (System settings --> Network --> Firewall)
3) Remove any VPN configuration
4) Disabled Adblock extensions from Google Chrome
5) Connected with wired connection
6) Perform a test with new code from ONVue (it expires every 20min)
This worked for me
I see. I didn't know they have their own app. You can check if it works while in safe mode, or completely uninstall and reinstall the app.

This error is occurring when the Pearson app is checking for System readiness to take tests. Not in any browser.
The first time it checked, it was successful. Next time onwards, this error is encountered.
I already tried and requested for rescheduling the test, considering I didnt have an alternative laptop.
Their responses are standard ones :)

Did you ever solve this? I'm running into the same issue using Sonoma. I even disabled the firewall temporarily which didn't help.
No, I couldn't solve it. I requested for a voucher and took the exam in their test center.
I cleared the AWS certification....by the way :-)
How do you request a voucher?
I have been searching HOURS for a solution to this very same problem. The OnVue help staff is absolutely useless.

Apparently the code they provide to enter into the OnVue app has some kind of expiry. You just generate a new one and it started working for me.
