Storage Issue

There is no pictures and videos in my device. I deleted in recently deleted too. Everything is in Icloud only. But Photos uses 33gb in the Storage. How to resolve it.

How many photos and videos do you need for your storage? I deleted half of my photos and videos and it still complains that my storage is full! My only question is how many photos and videos am I supposed to have until my storage doesn’t fill up again. If someone could tell me, that would help me so much because I’m raging that I stopped using my iPad for a while. My iPad would not let me do anything because it was glitching and would not let me download anymore. I checked my iCloud and I tried to delete things in it but still wouldn’t work that I had to delete it. Hopefully, I can get an answer so I can go back to go on my iPad normally again.

not enough storage how can i have my photos saved in my icloud and not my iphone storage?

But disabled the cloud and deleted the photos and videos frommy iphone

I am sorry to say, the truth is if you had enabled iCloud Photos and deleted some or all of the Photos and Videos from your iPhone then it is also deleted from iCloud. The reverse is true also.
