Can’t read book on iwatch

I could read one book from books library but not another on iwatch both are in epub format what do i do to read it? Both books are in icloud

Libby app not available for Apple Watch I just got the Apple Watch SE and I've been trying to mirror the apps I have on my iPhone 14 Plus but Libby and Boundless (audiobooks apps from my library ) do not sync to my watch. If I go to the App Store on the watch and do a search for them the only choice I get is the Apple Books app. What am I doing wrong?

Where are the updated iOS 17, IPadOS 17, & WatchOS 10 User Guides in Books? As of today, October 2, 2023, iOS 17, iPadOS 17, and WatchOS 10 user guides have not been uploaded to the Apple Book Store. It still shows the last versions of all 3 before the big updates (screen captured photos below). I've been asking around social media, Apple Support, and friends, but no one has been able to assist me. I like to read up on everything when I either get a new device and/or when a major update occurs. I already know about the very small and short user guide website. Any help would be appreciated?

Watches, Phones and Mac Books Do you need to have a phone to have a watch. Would it not be enough to download the watch app to a mac book or desk top?
