ERROR_9B3D0824A0

Hi

First I re-install macOS because my macBook got this problem "support/apple/mac/startup".

Then I install "macOS Sierra".

Now I'm trying to install macOS Ventura form AppStore but there is an Error code shows:

"We could not complete your purchase.

ERROR_9B3D0824A0"

I tried to click  > about this mac> Software Update, it's automatically switch to Appstore. > "No updates available"

I have space more the 100gb.
