Can I move a photo on iPhone from recents to an Album, then it disappears (or I delete) from recents?
Example- can do this with emails:
a) new email in “inbox”
b) I move new email to a folder
c) now the email is no longer displayed in the “inbox “…. Making life easier for finding just NEW items!
All albums that Photos is creating for you automatically (Recents, Selfies, Portrait, Panoramic, etc) cannot be modified by the user. They are a kind of smart albums. Photos is filling these albums automatically for us, based on all photos in the library and according to rules specific for the album, also the sort order is fixed and specific for the album. We can only modify the albums we create for ourselves.
If you want a "recents" album, where you can remove photos from, to distribute them to other albums, add all photos you want to organize to a new album, name it for example "My Recents", then distribute the photos from there and remove the photos you are done with from "My Recents".

No you can't.
There are NO Photos in an Album.
Only references to the original Photo in your Library.
