I have a new Netatmo Presence outdoor camera with floodlight.
when I try to set this up I get an “unknown error”. I’m using an Apple Airport network with WPA2, 2.4 and 5ghz. My iPhone uses the latest iOS 16.5.1
The device is powered on and it’s internal WiFi appears in the WiFi menu on the iPhone.
Anyone come across this?

Got it work temporarily this evening by using my router’s WiFi. But the entire house uses Apple Airports so it would be far better to link it to them.
anyone know why a new Netatmo won’t link to an Airport network?
Yes I did but have had no reply. I was thinking that there may be an issue with the Home app or with linking it to an Apple Airport network.
