How to make iPhone go "vibrate/silent mode" based on Calendar appointments - a feature BlackBerry had for years

Is there a way to make iPhone go to "vibrate/silent mode" based on Calendar appointments ? I tried all possible combinations with "Focus Mode" etc., still couldn't get it done automatically. It sucks to schedule the phone in silent/vibrate mode manually with each calendar appointment.

This is one of the great feature BlackBerry had for years. It is kind of shame that such a basic feature cannot be done in an easy way with iPhone till date.

Sounds like a good idea, but the best place to suggest something to Apple is here→Product Feedback - Apple

This is a user-to-user forum, with minimal Apple participation.
