All such messages are scams presented by criminals. In all instances, close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics. Do not interact with the message or the sender. Do not call any number presented. Do not download anything based on such bogus messages.

Yes, it depends on what you did after calling the criminals. Their goal is to do whatever they can to maximize their potential monetary gain "by any means necessary."

Refer to the Appendix in that document, under What happens when you call the phone number to "fix" your Mac, PC, or mobile device. If you hung up on them before divulging any personal / financial information or allowing them to remotely access your Mac, then you're probably ok.

It's a scam. Just go about your business and ignore it.

Don't buy anything. It won't help, will probably make things worse, and will just be a waste of money.

If they accessed your computer, immediately change all passwords that may have been used on that computer.

If you provided financial information, immediately contact your bank for steps to deal with the scam.

Hard to say depending on what data you gave them. They likely now have your phone number at the very least..
