24 Hour Alarm NOT based on time zone

I travel frequently throughout different time zones. Can I set up specific iPhone ALARMS to ALWAYS go off based on Pacific time, IGNORING other time zones my iPhone happens to be in? While allowing iPhone clock to be sensitive to the time zone I’m in.

iPhone 5, iOS 10

Here is how you can accomplish what you’re trying to do. It’s great that your post tells us what you’re trying to accomplish in addition to how you’re trying to accomplish it.

Instead of using Alarms, use Calendar! Set up Calendar events that issue alerts. Base your Calendar on Pacific Time by doing Settings > Calendar > Time Zone Override = “on” and Settings > Calendar > Time Zone = [some Pacific Time city such as Cupertino, the default].
