Make watch go dark during Sleep Focus

When I set the sleep focus, I would like for the screen to go dark so either the option to turn on "theater mode" or the option to turn OFF "always on" during Sleep Focus would be great (I submitted the feature request form). I can't find any way to accomplish this automatically. I have to set sleep focus then manually turn on "Theater Mode" if I want my watch to be dark while I'm sleeping (but always on when I'm awake). I looked into automations as well but there seemed to be no way there either. Anyone have a workaround I haven't thought of? Thanks!
