Where is the night stand mode in watch os 10

Since Watch is 10 my watch lights up in the middle of the night when it Stopps charging at 100%. I set it to stop at 80% and so the rest in the end but it doesn’t seem to care. Anyway, when it is at 100% it leaves the night stand mode and keeps the display on all the time. Super annoying and the option for the night stand mode is also gone from the setting. If I could go back to watch is 9 I would definitely do so. The update sucks big time. What can I do?

Hi Leo.1906,

WatchOS 10 does have a nightstand mode feature as seen in Add an alarm on Apple Watch:

Set up Apple Watch as a nightstand clock with alarm

1. Open the Settings app  on your Apple Watch.
2. Go to General > Nightstand Mode, then turn on Nightstand Mode.

When you connect your Apple Watch to its charger with nightstand mode turned on, it displays charging status, the current time and date, and the time of any alarm you’ve set. To see the time, tap the display or lightly nudge your Apple Watch. Even nudging or tapping the table might work.

Take care.

Turning on Weckermodus did not help. The display again tried to guard some ships around the cliffs today at 1am right next to my head 😂

I will try with a factory reset of the watch without recovering from a backup and see if that helps to bring it to sense and behave like it did back in the old watch os 9 days.

if that does not help I can’t charge it overnight anymore and have to figure something else out.

Not really what I am used to in the apple-verse 😅

But it is turned off. Yet the watch displays the time in green when placed on the charger. And in the middle of the night it starts to display the normal watch face while still on the charger. It’s very bright and it wakes me up every night. All of that since the update to watch is 10. before that it was all fine. What should I do? Even turning Theater mode was not helping. It is soooo annoying. I just want to sleep without a flashlight next to me
