Sleep tracking broken after update watch to watchos 11.6

After upgrading my AW 10 to watchos 11.6 - sleep tracking is broken. Automatic sleep tracking not working. After sleep, watch shows some weird metrics. Tried to restart watch, iPhone. Unpaired my watch. Problem is still there. For instance, I go to sleep around 23:00 and wake up in 08:00. That should be 9 hours of sleep right? Wrong. According to watch I either did not sleep at all or I was sleeping for example 3 hours? I don’t use sleep schedule for sleeping because only complete children come to an idea that you need sleep schedule to be able to sleep? I go to sleep whenever I want. Wake up too.

You will have to set up a Sleep Schedule to be able to track your sleep in the Health App.

And the watch does not care if you go to sleep according to the plan you have set up, this marks just the time span when you are most likely being asleep and in which the Sleep Focus settings will be enabled.

mine is completely out of sync and not recording at all since new update and I have two programs on my watch that worked perfectly beforehand, also with sleep schedules are already active and set.

I also use AutoSleep because I need detailed information and since the update this has not been working along with the sleep data in Apple health. Not quite sure what to do now because I really need to rely on that for my job.
