Apple TV streaming device compatible with Samsung smart 2023..

What is best Apple TV that is compatible with Samsung smart tv 2023? We just transitioned to smart tv after 15 years use of plasma dumb tv.

we are having issues with loading circle and black screen buffering on new tv. We have denon receiver that is 10 years old. Our Apple TV is fourth generation and connected to Ethernet. Everything worked fine with old dumb tv.

we cannot figure out if buffering is caused by new smart tv, old denon receiver and old apple 4th generation tv.

‘please recommend best compatible Apple TV streaming device. And cords that go along with it.

our internet is fine per ATT diagnostics.

will new Apple TV 4K help with buffering issue?

we were told by Samsung nothing is wrong with tv.

we had audio guy set up all connections to old receiver.

the appletv box bypass anything smart about your tv really it just need a device with a minimum hdmi 1.3 port so a normal computer monitor would work just fine

I've had a org appletv (2007) model, a appletv HD and a appletv 4k and never experienced buffering issues, and pretty sure the tv just being a display would be any party to causing buffering issues, one would be more likely to suspect network issues or internet issues, if one use any type of VPN then I would stop doing that
