Leave Annoying Group Messages w/Android Users
Hi! Is there anyone else who has experienced the annoyance of group messages that won't allow you to leave because it involves Android users?
I truly wish Apple would fix this.

Ask the Moderator to Remove you:
When it comes to leaving Group Messages, the moderator needs to perform this.
or...
Reset iPhone to Factory Settings:
The only way I can think of is to backup your data, and then reset your iPhone to factory settings. Perform as instructed here, including the backup creation, and iCloud logout: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade In your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. Report back the results.
