iPhone 14 Pro Lags

I’m a freshmen in college who worked and saved up money to afford an upgrade from my previous phone. I was very excited to get my hands on the iPhone 14 pro, but I gotta say I’m disappointed. Not only is the front camera quality HORRIBLE, but my phone suddenly begins to lag. My phone is fully charged and begins to lag. I’ve tried clearing my storage, turning the phone on/off, letting it “cool down,” updating it, etc. … nothing works. It just suddenly goes away on its own. I’m very disappointed and upset this is what Apple is offering to its customers in such a modern day and age.

Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?:

Being less than one year old, note that you have a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited-warranty with this. So, contact Apple Support, seeing if you face get this looked at.

Apple Contact Us Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as Necessary
  • NOTE: Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, calls are taking a bit longer to get through. And, that makes sense, because many are at home working out-of-the-house or are taking classes over-the-web, this they have more time on their hands to contact Apple Support. So, it might take a bit to get through to Apple Support. But, just stay on the line, and someone will be with you :)
