iPhone 16 Pro Max STILL lagging (most apparent in the App Library). Yes I updated to iOS 26.3. Yes I have plenty of storage. No I don’t have low power mode/adaptive power on. Yes I have tons of iCloud storage. Yes I reset my settings.
Any other tips? Last option I assume is to go into an Apple Store. Warranty expires 5/22/26. The Apple Store is quite far from my location, hence why it’s my last option

Here are a few things you can try. If App Library is in Dock please remove. Your device must have at least 10 GB of free space. Low Power Mode must be off. Too many open apps may cause lag, swipe up to close all apps and force restart your iPhone to clear memory (this is only a troubleshooting step and normally shouldn’t be performed).
It may be linked to some Accessibility settings. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Motion and turn on Reduce Motion and Reduce Transparency to lighten UI effects, also ensure Limit Frame Rate is off for full 120Hz.
Do a regular restart after doing any of the above steps. If nothing improves do the erase, reset and restore procedures.
I was hoping I wouldn’t have to do that, but that will be my next step then. It seems to only be present in the App Library, and it’s a constant issue
