Remove "I am not a robot" notification

How do I remove the "I am not a robot" notification?

I modified the instructions for how to remove the "I Am Not A Robot" extension

Safari

Open Safari.
Click Safari (upper left of screen next to apple) > Preferences > WEBSITES.
In the sidebar, identify the Robotics extension, select Deny then highlight the extension and click Uninstall.
I also unchecked “Allow websites to ask for permission to send notifications.”

Please help how do I do this exactly. What does it mean open safari on instruction 2&3 as can’t figure out how to do it
