iPhone 13 display not working properly, suddenly Black, Green , Pink bands are appearing on the screen

I got this problem with my iPhone 13's display where bands of Pink Black and green all of sudden. There was no damage to the phone not even a scratch. I have visited the Apple store for this issue they didn't have any satisfactory answer to why it's happening and recommended me to get a new display which costs INR 27500 Because my phone is not under warranty now. Then I also talked with a senior advisor, not at all helpful.

I have seen many people with similar issues with their iPhone 13 display, I am sure it's a MANUFACTURING defect which Apple should recognize and look into.

There are many like this and everybody is facing the same issues, This behaviour of Apple towards its manufacturing defects is very disappointing.

Please suggest something that i could do to get it reached to apple or any other solution
