There has been no physical or liquid damage, and the device has not been exposed to high temperatures. I have been using it with extreme care, and there are no scratches. However, the screen turned black during normal use in the first instance. I had the display replaced by an authorized service center. After five months, a new issue arose with the display, showing different colors, multiple lines, and eventually turning into a three-shade color display, as shown in the attached picture.
I have found that more than 1,000 similar cases have been reported across Kerala, India, at various Apple service centers. On the day I visited the support center, I noticed at least 10 other customers facing the same display issue.
This seems to be a widespread manufacturing or quality issue affecting iPhone 13 and 14 series models. I hope Apple will investigate this problem and consider a recall or announce a new program for corrective action.
