Audio Messages
When I tap on the audio message feature in iMessage, it won’t open. How can I fix this?

The first things you can do are force quit the Messages app and restart your iPhone. Then test sending an audio message again.
Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch
Be sure that you’re using the following steps to send an audio message. What you should see after tapping on the audio message option is a red microphone in a circle appear where the keyboard usually is and it will say ‘Tap or hold to record’.
