Hi I dropped my phone in the pool Seemed to be working fine but now screen is black. I will need a new phone but need to upgrade my icloud storage to get everything on there fully recovered. I can't seem to find a way without accessing the device but I can't bc the screen is black. I plug it into my computer and my computer doesn't seem to recognize my phone as a device. Any ideas? thanks in advance!

If the screen is black, then it's not working fine. The screen is not working.
If you cannot navigate the phone, then there's no way to do anything with it.
You can use a different device signed in to the same Apple ID to upgrade your iCloud Storage, but beyond that, there won't be anything you can do on the phone itself if you cannot see the screen.

It’s too late for that. Anything on that device that was not already backed up is gone.
