Surgeons and doctors using Apple Watch, how do you do it?

I am finally thinking about buying an Apple Watch. I am a surgeon and would like to wear my apple watch during my surgeries. Has anyone found a good solution? We all know that ideally those in healthcare should not wear jewelry on their wrists and fingers, it would be interesting to have a way to wear it somewhere else...

Seems there are few, if any, in the community with suggestions or a solution.

The Apple watch does seem to need skin contact, like with the wrist ... and eg: raising the wrist to answer a call.

The "Vision Pro" is on the way, worn on the head, but may bring other issues.

Wondering if you may like to send feedback on this issue to those who work behind-the-scenes at Apple.

They will usually not reply, yet your question / idea will reach those who could do something, if inspired.
