How do i use Shortcuts to send a facetime link to an android user?

I’ve never used Shortcuts before and I’d like to set up an icon on an iPhone to create a FaceTime link to send to a specific android user. Any ideas how I would go about it? Thanks.

Hello Chuck Cushing,

I'm not seeing an option within Shortcuts to generate a FaceTime link.

I'm only seeing this one option to call a contact. You can try putting in your Android friend's contact and seeing if that would, but I'm not sure if it would. You should be able to add any contact so try it!

To get the app to appear on your Home Screen, tap on the shortcut name and then Add to Home Screen.

I hope this works for you!
