Activity Sharing does not work.

Having the same issue. Can’t see anything on the Sharing screen except a rotating status symbol but nothing is

loading. Please address ASAP.

Hi - Just got the iPhone 15 Pro and my activity is not registering on the phone nor sharing with my friends group and in addition I cannot pair it with my watch for some reason?

Is there a solution - fix? It´s sending me dizzy as we often have competitions - especially in the New Year! LOL

I’m having the same issue with not seeing friends fitness data on my phone. I can see on my watch

im not seeing my friends activity on my phone, so when we compete it just shows zeros. Activity is showing on their phone under themselves. I've deleted and re-added, restarted, etc.

Do you have the iPhone 15? I have the 15 pro and have had this issue since getting this phone

No, definitely not the issue. I can see them but no activity is showing up. I've deleted and re-added. It'll show activity for the day and then nothing again. It's like they aren't wearing their watch, but I've confirmed they are. It's all the recent people added in the last two months.

I also am unable to share my activity or compete with friends on my activity app. I have tried logging out of I cloud and back in and it still doesn’t work .

I have had this problem with multiple friends for the last 4 months. it is really annoying.

We both have latest software updates of iphone and watch but still same problem

I’ve tried logging out from icloud but nothing happened same problem.

Exact same issue, reset my phone even bought a new watch still not working! Contacted apple support and tried everything still not showing my friend or letting me add friend on activity sharing

If you see an error when trying to add a friend or send an invitation

Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, then sign back in: 

1. Tap Settings > [your name]. 
2. Scroll down and tap Sign Out. 
3. Go back to Settings > Sign in to your [device], then enter your Apple ID and password.
4. Tap Sign In.
5. Try to add your friend or look for the invitation.

Get your friend to do the same.
