Activity Sharing does not work.

If you see an error when trying to add a friend or send an invitation

Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, then sign back in: 

1. Tap Settings > [your name]. 
2. Scroll down and tap Sign Out. 
3. Go back to Settings > Sign in to your [device], then enter your Apple ID and password.
4. Tap Sign In.
5. Try to add your friend or look for the invitation.

Get your friend to do the same.

Ensure you both turn Screen Time off.

Ensure neither of you have VPN or app store security apps installed,

Go to Contacts, delete the phone number & email of your friend and retype it. Save the changes & then try sharing the workout.

Probably your friend is hiding her activity from you. Go to Fitness then click Sharing on bottom right then on the Top right click the Sharing gear icon, check the screen by scrolling down & you’ll see whether she’s hiding her activity from you.

We both have latest software updates of iphone and watch but still same problem

I’ve tried logging out from icloud but nothing happened same problem.

Hi - Just got the iPhone 15 Pro and my activity is not registering on the phone nor sharing with my friends group and in addition I cannot pair it with my watch for some reason?

Is there a solution - fix? It´s sending me dizzy as we often have competitions - especially in the New Year! LOL

No, definitely not the issue. I can see them but no activity is showing up. I've deleted and re-added. It'll show activity for the day and then nothing again. It's like they aren't wearing their watch, but I've confirmed they are. It's all the recent people added in the last two months.

Did you figure out how to fix this? My 15 pro max has the same issue.

Exact same issue, reset my phone even bought a new watch still not working! Contacted apple support and tried everything still not showing my friend or letting me add friend on activity sharing
