Please elaborate on the ‘not working’ part. How far do you get?
- Can you find the Apple TV app in the Fire TV Apps & Games Store? Are you able to install this app on your Fire TV device?
- Can you launch the app? Do you get to see the opening screen with tabs at the top, and tiles for shows at the bottom? Can you navigate the app by moving between items and highlighting a different item?
- Do you have an active Apple TV+ subscription?
- Can you sign in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), by entering your Apple ID account credentials there?
- Can you start playback of any show?
Do you get an error message at any time? What does it say exactly?
