I would like to ask what to do if when I open an app, Safari also opens but then it closes.

Hi yaWn_11,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. More information may be needed in order to provide the best resources for this issue. However, we'd recommend starting with clearing the Safari history on your device. This will help if for some reason there's an open webpage or cache associated with the app that opens Safari. Steps will depend on which device you're using.

For iPhone, use these steps from Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

"Delete history, cache, and cookies

  • To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. Clearing your history, cookies, and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.

If you're on Mac, follow this guidance from Clear your browsing history in Safari on Mac - Apple Support instead.

" 1.In the Safari app on your Mac, choose History > Clear History, then click the pop-up menu.

2.Choose how far back you want your browsing history cleared."

If the same continues, let us know which device you're using and whether this happens with a certain app. That will help isolate the issue a bit.

All the best.
