Update Apple ID Settings Message Every 10 Minutes iPhone 14 Pro Max

The “Update Apple ID Settings” pops up every 10 minutes. Apple Support has spent hours on the phone with me and cannot correct the situation. I reported this to Apple in March 2023 when I purchased the phone and was told the engineers would have to investigate it. They took all the log tracing information from my Pro Max 14. It has now been 3* months and they claim to still be investigating. My sister and I both purchased a 14 PM each. We have different information yet we both experienced this situation with the new iPhones. Entering our passwords multiple times per day. I have completely signed out of all my Apple devices and iCloud and signed back in per Apple Care’s instructions over the phone. No one at Apple can help and it appears from this community that it has been going on since 2020. Does anyone have a suggestion?
