How do I return a phone I upgraded from
If the phone was a "trade-in" on a new iPhone,
Check your trade-in confirmation email for the details of how to return your device,
(maybe by courier or dropping off at an eligible location.) There may be a time limit.
seems Apple generally send packaging in which you can return the older iPhone.
