Are the funds in Apple Cash? If not, ask the bank that issued and support the debit card that you’re asking about.
So someone sent me money on Apple Pay it says pending then I received an email from Apple Pay saying that it’s under review if it’s clear in 3 business days they’ll stop the pending this is my first time using it
