Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. If you're receiving network related errors while trying to set up your iPhone, we'd like to recommend some steps to further isolate this issue you're experiencing. Let's start off by following the steps below:


1.) Make sure the router you're using is set up with the following recommended settings: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support

2.) If your network has a built-in firewall, temporarily disable it. This can sometimes cause communication issues with Apple's servers.

3.) Connect to a different Wi-Fi network to isolate network related issues.
