My iPhone-13 is no longer functional. It only displays a white screen. There was no physical harm. It's just been a year, yet I have no idea what happened to it. I was attempting to connect my AirPods when a white screen appeared. I'm unable to do anything with this phone. No phone calls, no text messages, nothing. Please assist me.

First, try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
