airdropped videos not playing

i took a screen recording from may m1 mac mini and when i airdropped it to my iPhone SE 2nd gen or my iPad 7 (all are up to date on their respective OS) the video won't play and only gives me an error saying unable to load video - an error occurred while loading a higher quality version of this video.

plays fine in the computer but won't play either on my iPhone, on y iPad, even if i pull it from my iCloud or text it to someone else the issue stays

this started happening after the 13.2 update if im not wrong. photos are fine but video just won't play at all

We understand that you're unable to load videos and are receiving an error message. It's great troubleshooting that your devices are up-to-date with iOS and iPadOS.

We also want to be sure that your Mac is up-to-date with macOS as well. macOS Ventura is currently at version 13.4.1

Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support

yes in fact its up to date as well. it's a mac mini M1 its up to date and the issue started since 13.2
