apple music

i used to be on someone else’s apple music, then started paying for my own, is there any way i can get my music back? the “sync” playlist was there and when i tapped it didn’t work. i have my playlists but no music in them.

If it applies to a different Apple ID then there is no way to sync it.

Apple Music I accidentally let my account run out of funds. Once this happened, I noticed that all the music I downloaded was gone, which I expected. Apple Music I had an Apple Music subscription that lapsed about a month or 2 ago, and now I have just renewed it but my music and playlists are not syncing (sync library is turned on). I also can’t find anything to do with music in my iCloud settings. how do I get my music back?
