AOL email keeps deleting my mail every 30 days and I want it to stop

I need help. My email keeps deleting my mail every 30 days and I want it to stop. I have literally looked EVERYWHERE to change this setting and cannot find anything about it. I wanted to contact AOL support but apparently you have to pay in order to get some technical support and I don’t want to do that for this simple issue. Please help?

Unfortunately, you will have to contact AOL support since it is not an Apple issue; they will probably have options in their server settings to adjust the deletion. Quite a few online email providers do impose limits. You can probably move your emails to folders you create - as long as they are out of the inbox. That way they should not be deleted. You can also check your AOL account settings online on the AOL site to see how long they keep emails.
