If one of your Beats earbuds is not charging, here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:

  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently clean the charging contacts on both the earbud Make sure the charging cable and adapter you're using are working correctly. Try using a different cable and adapter to see if the earbud charges.
  • Reset the earbud: To reset your Beats earbud, follow these steps:

- Place the earbud in the charging case.

- Press and hold the button on the charging case for at least 15 seconds.

- Release the button and remove the earbud from the case.

- Try charging the earbud again.

  • Inspect the charging port on the earbud for any debris or damage. If you see anything that may be obstructing the connection, gently clean it or remove it using a soft, dry brush or compressed air.
  • If possible, try charging the problematic earbud using a different charging case to determine if the issue lies with the earbud or the case. If it charges with a different case, then the original charging case may be faulty.

If all of the above fails to resolve the problem, the next step would be to contact Apple Support directly. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page ... or go here: Get Support
